Positive: Location is good and quiet. The pool area is nice. Coffee and filters available. The space was nice, and the flat had a balcony which was a great spot to chill with the view of the pool Rooms were ok.

Negative: The furniture is not in the best shape, doors and shelves are hard to open. The towels were not clean. There was no soap for the shower. There was not even salt in the kitchen. They also don't provide drinking water. There are extra fees for electricity, that are written in booking but you have to really search to see it. And of course everything run on electricity including hot water. For the high price they are asking for the place I would expect all that and more to be solved... The price is way too high for what it is.
