Positive: There is easy access to the beach, various pools, restaurants, and the water park with the shuttle bus.

Negative: The room is a bit old. Although it is clean, there are still some areas that need repair. There isn't a coffee shop with good coffee; just some warm coffee in the lobby or from a coffee machine. The buffet restaurant isn't luxurious, just okay.

Summary: It’s good value and fair facilities for my 3 kids are 5, 7, and 9 yr old.
