This luxury home is inside a very privileged, and limited access gated community, where only owners and guests can have free entry. This community is only 4 minutes away from the Puntacana International Airport and counts with 15,000 acres of land where you will have 45 holes of championship golf, 3 beach clubs, spa, GYM, tennis courts, bars, restaurants, natural springwater reserve and other areas of interest.
To complement the villas location and structure, good and well-intended service is a must. This villa counts with two full time employees, a maid and waiter, who will always be in the villa or in their quarters inside the property. The staff will be working every day to maintain all areas in neat condition, offering daily room cleaning and laundry service, bar tending, dinner preparation, and many more. Also, this villa comes with included concierge service (full English speaking) where we will be recommending and making reservations for activities and places to visit around the area.
