As a real estate owner in the resort, we offer you the most amenities available to renters including round-trip airport transfers from either POP or STIL, a golf cart for traveling around the resort and top-level VIP Black Bands giving you the highest level of access to restaurants, bars and beaches within the resort.

All-inclusive fees are additional and must be paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in. Currently $120/day for adults and half-price for minors. Specific Villas cannot be guaranteed and are assigned at the time of check-in.
