This spacious Villa and guest home can accommodate 16-20 people. The main Villa has 2 floors with 6 bedrooms in total. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including the outdoor bathroom. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king sized bed. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third downstairs bedroom has 2 full sized beds. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms and patios. Dining is set for 8 people on both floors. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV’s and hot water. WiFi signal is strong and available in all locations on the property.
There is a separate guest house containing 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a kitchenette and living room with a TV. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, AC, and ceiling fans. The dining room is set for 4 people.

Private Gated Community. Cabrera is a lovely town with multiple restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores and entertainment outlets where you feel welcomed. There are many activities available including horseback riding, fishing, dune buggy tours and Watersports.
There are 5 parking spaces available in driveway. Guests can purchase a rental car.
Optional services available include a private cook, cleaning service, and grocery delivery. There is also a generator if needed. Guests will get fresh towels and linens every 4 days of their stay.
