THE SPACE
This contemporary 6-bedroom estate sits at the edge of Cap Cana, overlooking the 15th hole of Punta Espada and the Caribbean Sea. From the living room to the pool deck and dining palapa, you’re always facing an open horizon – no buildings in front of you, just water, sky, and the golf course below.
Thanks to its elevated position and open-plan design, the house stays naturally breezy and pleasantly cool.
