Positive: my second time staying at the Refugio Encantado and l love it my room was spacious, now it have a refrigerator and offer hot water in every room, I was received by the owner she is kind and helpful she make you feel like you're home, her place is very clean, everything is very organized. Refugio Encantado is a beautiful small family hotel, perfect for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it.
