Welcome to Villa Las Brisas! Villa Las Brisas is situated in the beautiful gated community of “Cocotal Golf & Country Club” in Bávaro, Punta Cana part of the Sol Melia Hotel group. Cocotal Town Golf & Country Club is blessed with three challenging nine hole courses which gives the demanding golfer the chance to play three different 18 hole rounds in one fabulous location.The Villa is facing south so it is possible to enjoy sunshine from sunrise to sunset especially when you sit in one of the aqua beds which are situated in the shallow end of the pool or on a recliner on the large pool terrace. Guests approach the villa by a curved driveway to the entrance area where cars can be parked side-by-side beneath a substantial carport. Entrance to the Villa is through the large double entrance doors where guests will have their first view through a double column archway of a beautiful lush internal garden laden with palms and tropical plants. Walls on all sides of this tropical splendor are decked with fine botanical artwork which adds to the harmony of the whole area.


Cast your eyes above and you will experience a feeling of incredible space as the ceilings tower more than 30 feet above, and are complemented by a huge skylight, which adds light and spaciousness by day, and gives the opportunity to s t a r g a z e by night. From the central garden courtyard, guests can see the large open floor space plan which accommodates the entertainment area which enjoys open views over the pool and pool terrace. There is another lounge area which also has uninterrupted views of the pool and garden area. The elegant staircase is situated to the left of the garden courtyard, presided over by large double height casement windows. When guest reach the half landing and proceed to the first floor they are treated to the enormity of the space beneath the skylight and the garden below. From the first floor courtyard, five bedroom suites can be accessed, as well as a huge upper lounge terrace which is comfortably appointed, and overlooks the pool and golf course.


The principal bedroom suites which overlook the pool Terrace, has large full bathroom suites with his and hers walk in showers, and a king size bed with couch. Bedroom Suites 3, 4 and 5 are all spacious suites with large wardrobes and full bathrooms. All the rooms accept one have their own terrace or balcony. Each room sleeps two or three people. A child’s crib, high chair and playpen is also available should it be required. On the ground floor, across from the garden courtyard, is bedroom Suite 6 which has large fitted wardrobes, a queen size bed and a full bathroom with its own garden balcony. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated, and display pieces of fine art on the walls. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 sinks and a centered 8 burner gas cook top that will excite any chef. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cabinets and has west facing windows with access through double sliding doors to the dining room. The outside terrace has its own outside kitchen and superb American style gas barbecue Grill. The terrace area surrounds the pool and golf course and is the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining both day and night. From the kitchen, you will find a fully fitted utility area, with a large washer and dryer etc.


Although all bedroom suites and the kitchen has the benefit of fully automatic air conditioning, the Villa remains delightfully cool thanks to the French style window louvers. When propped open these louvers allow for the cool ocean breezes to flow throughout the ground floor. The 14m swimming pool incorporates seating all around its perimeter and, at a constant depth of 1.4m allows bathers of all abilities to participate in aqua sports or simply swim for exercise and enjoyment. At its shallow section bathers can recline on one of the 3 aqua loungers and work on their tan while keeping cool in the crystal blue water. All furniture in the villa is modern/traditional and all areas have beautiful artwork to compliment the environment. Dining can be enjoyed inside or alfresco at the pool Terrace. Chefs can indulge themselves in the main kitchen, or alfresco in the terrace kitchen area where they can prepare culinary delights while enjoying a cold drink and the cooling breeze.

The villa is just a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Bávaro, Corrales and Cortecito and even closer to Palma Real shopping village, where guests can buy their favorite brands, enjoy a meal at a number of fine restaurants or enjoy the latest movie at the cinema. For the younger guest there are a number of night clubs in the area including jewel disco club considered by most people to be the best nightclub in Dominican republic! And for those guess who would like to try their luck at the tables there are several casinos in the area, and one right on the doorstep at the Melia hotel. For the fit and active, all types of activities are catered for in the area. Big game fishing, scuba diving, skateboarding, sailing, paintball shooting, flying, helicopter excursions, you name it, you can find it close by! The villa is situated about 20 minutes away from Punta Cana international airport where transit “to” and “from” the Villa can be organized by hired car or taxi.
