From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the customer service was absolutely GOLD STAR level. Every single staff member made us feel welcomed, valued, cared for, and honestly… like family. The amenities are excellent, the resort is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and full of fun energy. We stayed in a pool view room and it was AMAZING — peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to wake up every morning in paradise.
