Summary: When arrived at the property in the middle of the day, there was nobody at the reception. The front door was closed and had to call several times and wait outside in the heat of the day. The name is also wrong, this place goes by Graccie Local House, when searched address it won't be found by this name. The place has no sign and it's located in a very dirty neighborhood. There was no hot water at anytime either to take a shower. The pillows were torn and outside the rooms, AC was off and hallways lights were kept off at all times. The staff was very nice but available only during breakfast. BTW, it's located literally in front of a graveyard.
