Summary: Great staff and was very nice and tried everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. However, the hotel was not what the pictures portrayed. Everything is out dated. Lights not working, air conditioning stopped working, bed was uncomfortable, pool deck damaged. They changed our room 3 times due to multiple issues in the rooms. Rooms were clean. They had to fix the door jam that was broken. Table lamp has no on/off button, furniture drawers so old they stick and hard to open. No soap dish in shower. Water fell on floor and was slippery. Couln't open closet door without great effort. No ironing board and iron. Bathroom door opens into shower. Loose toilet seats, missing bolt and nut. Ripped and torn towels. Tiny paper basket. Breakfast was decent. At night there were no outdoor lights. Very dark entrance.
