On the first level, you’ll find a spacious living area—an open-concept space comprising the living room and kitchen-dining area—with a covered outdoor porch and a private pool featuring two tubs and hydromassage jets, a gas barbecue area, an outdoor shower, an indoor guest bathroom, and a central indoor staircase leading to the other two levels. On the second level, you’ll find a central laundry room equipped with a clothesline, two double bedrooms—one to the right of the staircase and one to the left—each with its own private en-suite bathroom, each bedroom has its own balcony and terrace; on the third level, you’ll find the king-size master bedroom with its own king-size en suite bathroom, private terrace, and private balcony; the terrace leads to the fourth level, where you’ll find a panoramic terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom complete with a shower, internet access, a lockable door, a TV, a safe, a closet, private air conditioning, and a five-speed ceiling fan. The villa has an alternative power source with an inverter and batteries sufficient to provide electricity independently and as an alternative to the national power grid.
