The Villa is situated on the peaceful waters of the North Coast in the Dominican Republic, it´s a quiet place with breathtaking views of the ocean, coastline below and mountains. All about peace, tranquility and amazing natural environment.
Comfortable and clean house fully furnished and equipped with 24hr electricity, swimming pol , WIFI, BBQ, Laundry Area and Free parking. We are equipped with an 3.6KW inverter with 4 batteries and a 15KW Generator. Please understand We are located in a third world country that power outages can occur. A/C work as long as there's electricity from the power utility. If an Extended power outage occur emergency generator can be turned on. Disconnect to Reconnect with nature.
