Positive: The hotel delivered on expectation - it was safe and clean and central to Ciudad Colonial. The staff were attentive and always available, and safety was clearly a top priority.

Negative: It was a bit unclear what the hotel had to offer otherwise, and the rooms are spread across different buildings. While the hotel had food options available, it was slightly confusing to figure out how it worked. The area in general is the tourist corner of the city, so once you have seen the sights, you would need to venture elsewhere for things to do.
