This villa offers a lush beautifully landscaped backyard with tropical fruit bearing trees (mango, avocado, papaya, and coconut). Positioned perfectly in the center of gated Casa de Campo Resort with quick easy access to all ameneties, horse back riding and polo, the beach, hotel pool, the marina, three world class golf courses, and more. The use of two golf carts is included which each seat four people. Breakfast included. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with it's own full bathroom. Large open concept living/dining room area. Please note to enjoy all the amenities at Casa De Campo the Resort will charge you $25 per day per adult (15 years or older), $15 per child (10-14 years), free: children under 9 years old. This fee is charged by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the front gate during check-in. It allows entry to Playa Minitas as well as discounts on activities throughout the resort. It is important to highlight this fee is NOT included in the rental.
Friends and family members of owners are not required to pay this fee but must still register with the office upon arrival.
