Summary: The apartment itself was wonderful. The host Alejandra was AMAZING. She was very nice and helpful. The property where the apartment is located was also beautiful. My only negative feedback would be the staff that works at the property. They were extremely rude and treated us very poorly. The waiter during dinner forgot pretty much everything we ordered and he stated that “he forgot” and that he didn’t want to bring me the condiments I asked for until the drinks were ready because “he didn’t want to make double the trip” like REALLY!? By the time he came with the condiments (20 mins later) I was already done with my meal. And to top it off- after dinner we paid the new waitress and she takes the money and comes to us 10 minutes later that money was missing. How do you walk away without counting the money then come 10 MINS later stating that.!? They insulted and yelled at us in front of everyone there. We were extremely embarrassed. The only reason we didn’t check out right there and then was because it was 10 pm and we were far from home. We woke up and checked out at 8 am. The staff there needs some serious customer service training ASAP! Oh also you can’t wear any “ revealing bikini”- which I was unaware of. I will not be returning there.
