The Residence boasts a large sparkling swimming pool (with a separate section for children), a playground for kids and a BBQ area. Pets are also allowed.
The unit has a size of 1485 sqf (138 sqm) and is fully furnished and equipped. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with orthopedic mattress, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and 2 bunk beds. Ideal for a family with kids! For larger groups, there are other units available in the same Residence.
Walking distance to everything in town (it is located in El Batey, the center of Sosua, just off the Pedro Clisante road): all restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, beaches are within a few minutes walk.
