All rooms feature a kitchenette, private bathroom with hot water, tv with cable, wi-fi, and air conditioning. The guest house common area features an outdoor swimming pool and large terrace to relax. Centrally located to restaurants, Gri-Gri lagoon, and shopping.

The Studio Suite Deluxe has a queen bed plus 2 twin beds along with a sleeper futon. The studio will sleep up to 5 people. It contains a full kitchen and a private entrance and terrace, with views of the ocean. Please note that all beds are together in this large studio apartment and does not contain a separate bedroom.
All linen, towels, and hand soap are provided. Please bring your own body wash and shampoo.

Free street parking is available next to the villa.

Please note: Electric in the D.R. can go out sporadically. We have a backup system that will provide for the lights, tv, fans, and wi-fi. The refrigerator, air conditioner, and pool would not be available during these outages.

Basic cleaning & change of sheets included in stays over 7 days upon request. An additional charge of $15 usd (850 pesos) will be assessed for cleaning outside this timeframe.
